Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required for a reservation to be considered valid.

The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation less than 60 days: the deposit is not refundable.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: from 15:00 onwards

Check-out: until 11:00.

Early check-in or late check-out possible upon prior arrangement with no extra charge.

Accommodation

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise agreed).

Any damage to the room or equipment will be charged to the guest.

Services & Amenities

Free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Room cleaning and linen change once a week.

As a welcome gift we offer a food basket.

Swimming pool maintenance twice a week.

On arrival we lead you to the house.
